Recipe for Success Workshops
The Recipe for Success series of workshops will focus on what you can do in your business to cope with a change in sales:. That could be due to the loss of a major contract, a fall in sales in general due to the recession or it could also be that business is booming. Rather than focus on selling, Survival Solutions will be looking at the back office functions or operational side of your business.
The workshops which will focus on utilising the resources in your business to their optimum, looking at cost reduction and analysis of sales and at improving cash flow by increasing efficiency in your business.
During each workshop, attendees will be presented with easy, everyday business solutions which they can implement in their business to reduce costs, improve efficiency and to cope with the change in sales. All workshops are free of charge.

This first workshop will focus on how to generate great resultst from the team of people you have. We'll also have a look at software and what cost-effective solutions can be implemented into your businesses to help you keep your cost down and move your business forward. And don't worry about having to spend a fortune on expensive computers, we'll talk about various measures you can introduce to keep your PCs running like a well-oiled machine.
Workshop 2
Weighing up Costs v Sales
Have you considered who you sell to and what you sell? What about the margins on those sales—does the effort you put in to obtaining the product generate the necessary returns?
This workshop will provide you with ideas on areas to consider for cost-cutting. We’ll look at invoicing, collecting debts and improving cash flow.
It’s about making sure your costs are in line with your income and that you have access to the right financial and management information when you need it.

Declutter Your Business Processes
Businesses change over time : clients change, technology changes and the product you sell changes.
Over time the processes you have in your business gather workarounds and additions, but often there is no time to stop and review them.
This workshop will explain process mapping, show you how to do it and help you generate quick and quantifiable savings.
It’s a faster way of doing business and you’ll not only reap the benefits financially but you’ll reduce stress levels and improve morale within the team.
