Training staff to learn new skills
We’ve trained stitchers and barmen to be commended call centre agents. We’ve trained retail staff to be technical support and we’ve trained advisors to be world experts in their field for some of the top companies in the world. We’ve trained people from all over the world and as English wasn’t always their first language we’ve had to ensure our training was clear and easy to understand.
Training was conducted in a variety of ways – from the classroom to on-the-job training and always with backup notes and information.
Team building events
From driving a 4x4 blindfold to a murder mystery evening, our events have ensured everyone has had a great time. Each event has been planned taking into consideration the workforce and what type of event would suit best. The tasks have been organised so that staff get to interact with colleagues they may not know well or may not gel with. All have been a terrific success!
Policies and procedures
From new start up where nothing was in place, to writing additional policies and procedures for a fast growing business, we’ve tailored each set of documents to each business. We’ve also dealt with integrating a newly purchased business into an existing one and blending old policies with new ones.
Project management
From office moves to refubs and office builds to business relocation, we’ve project managed builders, electricians, architects, removal companies, telecoms companies, cablers, furniture suppliers ... and staff. From a straight-forward office move to multi-million pound projects, we’ve done it all successfully.
We’ve also project managed new system roll-outs and international website launches ensuring the work was not only done on time, but was fit for purpose.
Office relocation
Moving from one floor to another or from one building to another, finding that ideal office space for the business as it is now and how you want it to be is important. The time it takes to find the right offices, organise the staff to pack everything up, the movers to move it all and to arrange for all the services to be ready at the new place. It’s time consuming and it’s stressful but we’ve done it all.
Telephony solutions
Choosing the right phone system can be daunting. Understanding all the jargon can be confusing ACD, CLI, DDI, VOIP – you name it, we’ve worked with it. From relatively inexpensive installations to those which have cost hundreds of thousands of pounds, we’ve dealt with the run of the mill and the not so common, spec’ing out basic call distribution to complex scripting.
