Office move planning and delivery

Finding the crucial offices, organising the team to pack everything up, booking in the movers, making sure it’s all collected at the right time and delivered to the right place, ensuring the new office is powered up, cabled and ready for use – and that it’s on time.

Refurb of industrial area to call centre

From loading bay to state of the art call centre – making sure the plans had all the business requirements covered, making sure all the fittings and fixtures were agreed within budget and that the contractors did what they were supposed to.  Attending the weekly site meetings to make sure decisions were taken as needed and that work progressed at the right pace.

Project management of new build offices

Parking area to 4 storey building, fully fitted out and air-conditioned. Making sure the project was completed to timescale and to agreed spec by good communication with contractors and client.

New business setup

Figuring out how everything needed to be done. Setting up the basics from stationary to furniture, creating all the processes and deciding where the sales will come from. We’ve set up the bank accounts and phone lines, staff and marketing material.

Business relocation

Transferring a business from London to Donegal, finding the right premises and kitting them out. Finding the right staff and training them, setting up all the policies and procedures according to Irish legislation and making sure all the computers and phone systems were ordered, setup and installed ready for go live.

Redundancy, cost cutting and efficiencies

Whether it’s due to the loss of a major contract, a terrorist attack or economic slowdown, we’ve dealt with them all in all shapes and sizes. Analysing the figures to be sure about what needed to be done, to setting up the consultative group for redundancies. We’ve advised on business restructuring in a difficult economic climate.

Development of policies and procedures

As a business grows from being a small business, it brings with it the headaches of having to establish policies and procedures. We’ve been immersed in setting up policies for a fast growing business and in adapting procedures for one that is already there.

Product, skills and policy training

Good training is critical to any business. Our experience lies with developing training on product and delivering that training to sales teams. We’ve also devised new operational procedures and policies and trained staff on how to follow them.

Websites for world class entertainment

From Belfast to Bahrain, from flowers to football – we’ve produced interactive booking websites for some of the most recognisable entertainment brands in the world.

Setup of multimillion £ IT infrastructures

SQL databases, servers for citrix, API, web and reporting with PIX firewalls and credit card authorisation. We’ve set up managed service installations for hundreds of users worldwide.

Systems analysis & development

We’ve computerised complete manual systems with bespoke software and we’ve written specifications for new functionality for existing software. Whichever way we’ve done it, we’ve ensured it meets the business and management requirements

Management info & financial analysis

Accessing correct information in a timely fashion is key. We’ve spec’d in reports based on what management actually need and written reports which save staff days of time each month.
