Global website in local currency
One website, 15 currencies worldwide – whether you want to buy your product in the UK or Ireland or you’re surfing the web from Sydney and want to buy in Australian dollars. We set up a global website which has that global reach and takes payment in each local currency.
Team building events
The scene was set, the invitations issued. A team of 45 prepared to solve a murder mystery. Staff were invited to arrive in costume and a buffet dinner was served which allowed them to mingle. The team bonded with staff they didn’t normally work with and worked well together right from the planning stage through to the unveiling of the murderer.
IT platform for 24 sites across the UK
Creating a platform for all 24 sites to access the same database required in-depth planning and detailed delivery. Over the period of 3 months the project was specified, agreed, installed and rolled out.
Office relocation for 75 staff
This had a window of 2 days during which the move could take place. If we didn’t make it then it would have to be put back for 6 months and business would have to be turned away. Detailed planning was done not just for the removal team but also for the staff for packing up their files and desks and for the IT equipment shutdown and setup in the new location.

Sales and VAT outputs for 20 different international markets, cross market selling and detailed margin analysis.
Bespoke software for travel business
Dynamic packaging software was built to allow a travel business to combine various products from different suppliers and sell them as one item to their customers.
Redundancy for 30% of workforce
With the loss of a major contract, this company needed to shed 30% of it’s workforce. Discussions were held with the staff regarding the impact of the contract loss and detailed discussions were had with the management team regarding what the new structure should be. New job descriptions were drawn up and staff meetings were held regarding any job roles which were being made redundant.
